This Privacy Policy explains how CreatorX, a product of Park You, collects, uses, and protects information for businesses and influencers using our app and website.

1. Information we collect

  • Account details: phone number (used for OTP verification), name, profile photo, and role (Influencer or Business).
  • Profile details: city/district, categories, Instagram/YouTube/Facebook handles, bio, and — for businesses — company name, contact details, and address.
  • Verification documents: GST certificate, business registration proof, or PAN document, submitted voluntarily to speed up business approval.
  • Campaign and deal data: campaigns created, applications submitted, milestones, content submissions, ratings, and messages exchanged in-app.
  • Payment data: wallet balance and transaction history. Card/UPI details are handled directly by Razorpay and are never stored on CreatorX servers.
  • Device data: push-notification tokens, used only to deliver in-app notifications.

2. How we use your information

  • To verify accounts and approve business/influencer profiles before they can transact.
  • To connect businesses with relevant influencers by city, district, and category.
  • To process escrow payments, barter fees, and wallet top-ups securely via Razorpay.
  • To send campaign, milestone, and payment notifications.
  • To investigate disputes, violations, or content that breaches our community guidelines.

3. How we share your information

  • With the other party in an active campaign or deal — for example, a business sees the profile of an influencer it approves, and vice versa.
  • With Razorpay, solely to process payments; CreatorX never receives or stores raw card/UPI credentials.
  • We do not sell personal data to third parties.

4. Data retention

  • Profile and transaction data is retained for as long as an account remains active, and as required to resolve any open disputes or comply with applicable law.

5. Your rights

  • You can review and update your profile information at any time from within the app.
  • You can request account deletion via the app or the Delete Account page on this website.

6. Children's privacy

  • CreatorX is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18.

7. Changes to this policy

  • We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
